Tarjan Place, formerly Tarjan Pointe by Point of View Developments is a project of formidable scale and has almost an unlimited number of different city views and floor plans. It is one of the few buildings in the city which include heat, water and electricity in the condo fees.
TheVista West condo, formerly named the West Pointe Plaza is steps away from the C-Train on 7th Avenue, and has some comfortable and conventional floor plans. It is barely visible, with no identifiable markings except for the address “683” if you happen to glance upward.
The Copperwood condo complex can be a little overwhelming if one is not familiar with it so it is a good idea to bring someone familiar with the layout if you are going for the first time. It comprises quite a number of wood-frame low-rises and the prestigious Copper Crown high-rise.
