The Nuera Condo is located at 211 13th Ave SE, Calgary.    Her sister, the Alura Condo completed in 2015 is at 1320 1st Street SE. Both are  in the historical Victoria Park area in the Community of Beltline in Calgary City Centre District.

The NUERA 1.0 Condo was registered by Cove Properties on  on August 6th of 2010, the same year as the construction.  It is one of two centrally located towers, the other being the ALURA which was completed in 2015.
