The Executive Estates condo is recognizable by the impressive staircase leading up to the building. It is right across the street from the Connaught School. There is ample three-hour parking out front on weekends.

The Park Estates mid-rise condominium was built in 1980. All of the apartment style units are around the same same size ranging from 75 to 83 square metres. All have units in Park Estates have generous balconies but no gas connections.
TheVista West condo, formerly named the West Pointe Plaza is steps away from the C-Train on 7th Avenue, and has some comfortable and conventional floor plans. It is barely visible, with no identifiable markings except for the address “683” if you happen to glance upward.
I have a lot of favorite condos in Calgary. There are so many nice ones and they all have good features. The Marquis is kind of special for a number of reasons, mostly intrinsic. The Marquis condo has some priceless unobstructed views of the Bow River on the North.
