As a Condominium Specialist, I am more than qualified to represent you in a sale or purchase of any type of residential property. Just as a Periodontist, who specializes in the placement of dental implants would unquestionably be qualified to perform an extraction, a Condominium Specialist will generally find the sale of a single family home a bit of a "cakewalk" in comparison to the complex transactions he is normally exposed to. There may be a misconception among the public that a Condominium Specialist is only qualified to provide representation in the sale of Condominiums. This is a completely erroneous conclusion. I do not however pretend to have any interest in Commercial Transactions such as leasing, or the sale of a business, nor do I handle any rental transactions. My service area is for the most part, North of Anderson Road but I am often called on to provide representation for other areas of the city or elsewhere.
